How We Work

The first step towards a partnership program with Mac Support London is a site visit from one of our senior management team. During this visit we will work with you to create a clear understanding of the support you need and then agree with you which program will best suit your business.

Establishing the right partnership program is only the start of the journey and we make sure that both the implementation and ongoing support is strategically planned and effectively carried out. We have a 4 step service commitment process.

The Audit: We undertake an audit of both the hardware and software systems so that a site specific report can be compiled. This data is then inputted to our database for analysis.

The Road Map: Following the audit and upon receipt of the analysed data a bespoke roadmap is created. This roadmap forms a process of improvement which incorporates a key timeline of activities whilst also identifying key business benefits.

The Review: It is imperative that once the roadmap is implemented that strategic reviews are scheduled to ensure continual improvement and identify additional business benefits.

The 360 Degree Vision: IT solutions will continue to evolve and it is therefore critical that we stay at the forefront of best practice. We therefore maintain a 360 degree vision and continually monitor new technology to ensure our clients remain at the forefront of business efficiency.
