Gold Partnership
Provides your business with all the above with the addition of discounted onsite support ( £55 per hour regardless of desktop / laptop or server ) , a service level guarantee protects your business from costly ad-hoc charges as well as protecting your business continuity should you have some critical failures. With this option we will also remotely monitor your back up systems to make sure recovery is not compromised should their be a problem. Perfectly suited to the company that is growing fast with 8 -20 computers.
Platinum Partnership
Provides your business with a fully fledged IT solution at a fixed agreed cost, this option provides all of the above plus emergency onsite support for servers, raids, desktop & laptop machines. Full remote systems management, asset tracking and system audits. A dedicated account manager who will deliver monthly help desk reports. Access to warranty and non warranty repairs with free collection and return of your hardware should a repair be required.
